Liquid Rubber Sealants are single component coatings that can be applied with a brush, roller or spray system. HighBuild S-100 & S-200, and TrowelGrade B-400 can used to fill cracks and protect joints, seams and penetrations to provide a seamless, watertight membrane.

Liquid Rubber Topcoats are acrylic based, single component coatings that come in colors and can be applied with a brush, roller or spray system. The Liquid Rubber A-200 and T-300 products can used on their own or as a system to provide the proper ascetics while maintaining a flexible, watertight membrane.

Liquid Rubber Introduction

Liquid Rubber provides a wide range of water based, VOC and solvent free products for waterproofing, corrosion and chemical protection or where a protective decorative coating is required. These products cure to provide a seamless, fully adhered flexible membrane which prevents water ingress and resists damage from water, UV, salt, thermal cycling and harmful chemicals.

All Liquid Rubber products are both worker and environmentally safe and are available for commercial, industrial and residential markets for roof, foundation and concrete structure protection.

Products are manufactured in North America and Europe with distribution offices globally. Applicators are available worldwide and can be located through the central sales office.

Liquid Rubber Dominican – November 2012 – finishes the application of SealRoof B-200 and Liquid Rubber A-200 over a modified bitumen roof for Frito Lay in the Dominican Republic.

Liquid Rubber Russia – September 2012 – re-waterproofs Gazprom’s Moscow office structure. SealRoof B-200 was spray-applied over an existing modified-bitumen touchdown membrane to provide a seamless waterproofing solution.

Liquid Rubber South Africa – June 2012 – completes the waterproofing of the roof of the BMW facility in Cape Town in June 2012. A system of SealRoof B-200 and Liquid Rubber A-200 topcoat was spray applied to proved a seamless, light grey waterproof membrane.
