Liquid Rubber TrowelGrade B-400™ is a modified elastomeric asphalt emulsion specifically formulated as a trowel grade product where a watertight seal is required. It is suitable for use with building fixtures, pipes, walls and roofs.

TrowelGrade B-400™ is a single component, cold applied, high viscosity product that may be applied by trowel or putty knife. The technology employed in TrowelGrade B-400™ provides a solvent free coating that yields a membrane with excellent strength, elasticity and adhesion that sets in 48-72 hours.

Being an environmentally friendly product Liquid Rubber TrowelGrade B-400™ can be applied indoors and outdoors with no special protective equipment.
